EVALUATION, RATING & SOURCING
Evaluation of the factory is one of the most important criteria for sourcing any product. We have a very strict policy and procedures for evaluating each & every factories we deal with in terms of their capacities & capabilities, quality systems, ethical code of conduct, labor practices and the environmental controls. We would evaluate and bring the best manufacturing units for our clients so that the products we deliver to our them are of best quality with on time delivery and in line with all the laws.
SAMPLING / LAB TESTING
We, together with our buyers put in lot of Effort, Time, Research and Ideas to develop a new innovative product along with our R&D team.
Testing is a very important criteria before any order placement and for new product development. We take care that the products are tested before the production is started and it achieves the desired results. For example, Hammock is tested for CF to Light, perspiration, water, Tearing strength, Abrasion resistance, weight capacity testing, Seam strength and many more. We take utmost care that our buyers do not get any complaints in future from their end customers.

Graduation in Engineering & Masters in Business Administration has greatly helped in understanding the perspective of western world and to build the Design capabilities / Simplified processes and efficient deliveries to our clients.
AKRITI, CO-FOUNDER & MARKETING HEAD
A Self - Disciplinary person, Akriti loves to give attention to every minute detail. She herself keeps a check of every Process & Raw Materials our supplier purchases. Her process orientation has highly helped building customer relation i.e. Process, Professionalism, Proactivity & Proficiency, the four pillars on which Kalakriti Stands for. Also, figuring out what the next big trend is tells us what we should focus on and she always keeps up with the trend.
TEJAS GOYAL, HEAD OF OPERATIONS
With a management experience of many years, Tejas is excellent in creating strategies with senior management and developing policies that will correlate with our strategies’. He ensures to provide the most effective customer service and ways to ensure customer retention. He ensures to oversee expenses & budgeting of our suppliers to optimize cost which would in turn benefit our customers to reduce their purchase cost.
